With their unique understanding of hospitality,  the twelve camping entrepreneurs of Top Camping Austria have defined their quality standards.

Ten common qualities are assessed as part of an external, biennial audit. These include hospitality, service orientation and guest relations. The hosts' ability to provide authentic regional experiences is also evaluated. For that Austrian holiday feeling. The quality assurance process requires the Top Camping Austria sites to develop in a mutually motivating way, focusing on the WOW factor for guests.
